1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CargoConnect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Accounts
Users must register for an account to access platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Platform Services
CargoConnect provides a B2B marketplace connecting companies with freight loads to professional truck drivers. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the transport contract.
4. User Responsibilities
Companies must provide accurate load information. Drivers must hold valid licences and maintain proper insurance. All users must comply with applicable transport regulations.
5. Payment Terms
CargoConnect charges an 8% platform fee to companies on successful transactions. Drivers receive the full listed load amount.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between users, CargoConnect provides a mediation service. Contact support@cargo-connect.gr with relevant documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
CargoConnect is not liable for damages arising from transport services, including cargo loss, delays, or accidents.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
