At CargoConnect, we believe in transparent pricing that benefits everyone. Our fee model is designed to be fair to drivers while providing companies with a reliable platform.

Our Fee Model

CargoConnect charges an 8% platform fee on top of the load price, and 24% VAT is then applied to the load price and the fee together. Both are paid by the company, not the driver.

For Companies

When you post a load, you set the price the driver will receive. The 8% platform fee is added on top, and 24% VAT is then applied to that subtotal. For example, a load price of €1,000 becomes €1,000 + €80 platform fee = €1,080, plus €259.20 VAT, so you pay €1,339.20 in total — and the driver still receives the full €1,000.

For Drivers

You receive 100% of the listed load price. No commissions, no hidden fees, no deductions. The price you see is the price you get.
