At CargoConnect, we believe in transparent pricing that benefits everyone. Our fee model is designed to be fair to drivers while providing companies with a reliable platform.
Our Fee Model
CargoConnect charges an 8% platform fee on top of the load price. This fee is paid by the company, not the driver.
For Companies
When you post a load, you set the price the driver will receive. The 8% platform fee is added on top of this amount. For example, if you set a load price of €1,000, you pay €1,080 total (€1,000 to driver + €80 platform fee).
For Drivers
You receive 100% of the listed load price. No commissions, no hidden fees, no deductions. The price you see is the price you get.
No Hidden Fees
There are no registration fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges. You only pay when a load is successfully matched and completed.
