Post Your Load

Complete your company and VAT details and the verification steps shown in your dashboard. Then post a load with its route, cargo, dates and vehicle requirements. Set a fixed transport price or create an auction; pricing suggestions can help you choose a starting amount.

Receive Applications

Review applications for fixed-price loads or bids for auctions. Compare driver profiles, ratings and vehicle details. An application or bid is not a confirmed assignment.

Book and Pay

Choose a driver and complete the booking through Stripe. Review the transport price, 8% platform fee and 24% VAT on their combined amount at checkout. Payment is taken before assignment; after successful payment and acceptance, the load appears as In Transit.

Track Delivery

Follow the load status and use the load chat to coordinate with the driver. Live location is available while the driver shares it with permission and connectivity. Review the delivery photo and confirm or reject the completion request. You can rate the driver after completion.

Browse Available Loads

Browse loads that match your vehicle and route. Before applying or bidding, confirm your phone and email and complete Stripe payout setup. Your dashboard shows any remaining steps.

Apply to Loads

Review the route, dates, cargo and vehicle requirements. Apply at the listed price for a fixed-price load or submit a transport bid in an auction. The company reviews your profile and offer; submitting an application or bid does not confirm a booking.

Get Accepted

After the company pays and accepts your application or selected bid, check the assigned load in your dashboard and coordinate pickup in chat. The agreed transport amount goes to your connected Stripe account during booking. Bank payout timing depends on Stripe and your account status, not delivery confirmation.

Confirm Delivery

Upload a delivery photo before requesting completion. The company reviews the evidence and confirms or rejects the request. If rejected, address the issue and submit a new photo. Delivery confirmation does not trigger the booking payment; CargoConnect does not deduct a platform commission from your agreed transport price.
