Question 1

What does a booking cost?

Accepted Answer

The company pays the agreed transport price plus an 8% platform fee, then 24% VAT on that subtotal. A €1,000 transport price means a €1,339.20 company total. The driver receives the agreed €1,000, with no CargoConnect commission deducted. The full breakdown is shown at checkout.

Question 2

What do I need to get started?

Accepted Answer

Choose a company or driver account and verify your phone and email. Companies complete their business details. Drivers add their vehicle details and complete Stripe payout setup before applying or bidding. Your dashboard shows any remaining steps.

Question 3

Can I see where my delivery is?

Accepted Answer

Follow the load status from your dashboard. Live location is available when the assigned driver enables sharing for that load and their device has location permission and a connection. Drivers control location sharing; the map is not a guarantee of continuous tracking.

Question 4

Can I post a fixed price or use an auction?

Accepted Answer

Both. With a fixed-price load, drivers apply at the listed price. With an auction, eligible drivers submit transport bids and the company selects an offer. Payment and acceptance complete the assignment; a bid alone does not confirm a booking.

Question 5

When is payment taken, and how do drivers get paid?

Accepted Answer

The company pays securely through Stripe during booking, before the driver is assigned — not after delivery. The agreed transport amount is routed to the driver’s connected Stripe account. Bank payout timing depends on Stripe’s schedule and the account’s verification status; it is not guaranteed to be instant.

Question 6

How is delivery confirmed?

Accepted Answer

The assigned driver uploads a delivery photo before requesting completion. The company reviews the proof of delivery and confirms or rejects the completion request. A submitted photo records delivery evidence; it does not independently verify the goods or their condition.

Question 7

How do I stay updated?

Accepted Answer

Use your dashboard notifications and load chat to follow applications, bids and deliveries. Email updates are also available. For browser push alerts, enable notifications on each supported browser or device and allow permission. Delivery depends on your settings, browser and connection.

Question 8

Which languages can I use?

Accepted Answer

The app is available in 10 languages: Greek, English, Bulgarian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Romanian and Turkish. Switch language from the language menu. Interface translations do not mean that every support conversation or user-written message is translated.
